You and your wedding are unique, so at Plush we don’t have packages – we simply provide a professional service that is flexible to your needs, however, the following pages contain some of the services we can provide -
You may feel that you’d like to manage the planning of your wedding yourself, but need some support to point you in the right direction. We’ll send you some questions for you to consider and then return to us before our meeting along with any other thoughts or notes of things that are important to you – we’ll use this information to start building up a personal plan for you to follow. We can cover venues, styles and themes, and look at budget planning, timelines, roles and responsibilities – whatever you need help with.
This session is an ideal opportunity to get you both involved in the planning process at an early stage – alternatively, why not involve your family or friends? We can also organise a ‘girly night’ so we can come along and work with you and your attendants to get everyone working together to achieve the day of your dreams!
The consultation meeting can be held at your home or other venue of your choice, or at our beautiful Bridal Boutique in Pocklington - an ideal opportunity to have a look at our wedding and bridesmaid gowns and gentlemen’s outfits too!
The First Steps Consultation costs £125. If you subsequently hire Plush to plan your wedding, we will be pleased to refund this. We also sell ‘First Steps Gift Vouchers’ – an ideal engagement gift!

This premium service takes care of every detail. We provide as many consultation meetings as required, and are available at all times via phone and e-mail. We’ll provide monthly reports in the early days, stepping up to more often as the big day itself draws near. We’ll be with you on the day itself, from when the Bride awakes and begins to prepare for the day until the First Dance (or earlier/later by agreement).

Our minimum charge for complete Wedding Co-Ordination is £1,500, with a maximum of 10 – 15% of the total wedding cost. But remember, through our negotiations with suppliers and strong budget management, we can save you hundreds of pounds along the way.
Our Bridal Boutique offer our wedding planning clients a 10% discount on your whole order, including bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, suit hire and accessories. We also offer very special rates for chair cover and sash hire and free hire of a wide range of venue and table decorations – you could save up to £1000 straight away!
On-The-Day Co-Ordination
We’ll meet before the wedding to agree what you want on the day.
From then, we can put together a Programme for the day, ensuring all suppliers and venues are included and advised of it. Then we’ll liaise with all of them to ensure that they are where they should be at the right time.
We’ll be with you from when the bride wakes on the day of the wedding, right through until the first dance (or earlier/later, if you require this).
We’ll ensure the reception room is set up exactly as you want it, that the venue are following your brief, and even act as toastmaster and master of ceremonies if required.

We’ll provide you with full details of 5 venues which suit your budget, theme and location.
From these, you can choose your ‘top three’ and we will arrange for you to visit them - we can visit them with you if you wish - to make your final choice.

Not enough hours in the day? There can be – just buy the services of our professional wedding planners by the hour for whatever you wish – admin tasks, such as handwriting the invitations, or chasing up the RSVP’s, planning advice and consultancy, or tracking down those all important finishing touches .... just tell us what we can do to help.
£50 per hour

Six weeks before the wedding, we’ll step in and take over all aspects of the wedding, and manage them right up until the day of the wedding. We’ll put timelines in place, organise delivery details with suppliers, organise the seating plans, dietary requirements, accommodation requirements etc and generally take care of all the final arrangements. This means you’re left free to enjoy the run up to your big day that you have been building up to for months!

You can combine as many or as few of these services as you like to give you the exact level of support you need. Once we have agreed what we can do to help you, we’ll provide you with an individual quotation.
Of course, if you have any other needs, we can create a service entirely bespoke to your personal requirements!
If you think that we may be able to help you organise your wedding, the first thing you should do is call us to arrange a free initial consultation meeting. This will normally be held in our boutique in Pocklington, and will usually take a couple of hours. You can also browse our gowns, accessories and suits while you are with us, to get an idea of what styles you like and what suits you. We offer our wedding planning clients a 10% discount on all wedding and bridesmaids dresses and accessories, and we’ll dress the groom for free – so already you could have saved up to £500!
During this first meeting we will look at your ideas for your Wedding and discuss how Plush could help you realise your dreams. We will identify which of our services – if any – you would like to use, and put together a personal quotation.
Once you have received our quotation, if you’re happy to proceed, we require a deposit to secure your chosen date and our services. You will also be provided with a contract which lays out your specifications and our role and responsibilities.
We have a number of payment options available to help you spread the cost of paying for our services. We’ll provide you with details of these interest free payment plans along with your quotation.
